Enteng Kabisote 3: box-office hit again?

WILL “Enteng Kabisote 3” once more reign supreme at the box-office in next month’s Metro Manila Film fest? Or “Zsazsa Zaturnah” from Regal Entertainment, another fantasy entry take over? There are those who are betting on “Super Noypi,” another science fiction/adventure fantasy megged by Quark Henares.

As usual, “Shake, Rattle & Roll 8” is in the line-up. Horror films always have a special place for moviegoers in this season of joy. With episodes on Yaya, 13F and LRT from directors Rahyan Carlos, Topel Lee and Mike Tuviera, the audience is in for a real good scare on Christmas day.

Another horror offering is Canary’s “Matakot ka sa Karma” with Gretchen Barretto making a screen comeback after 12 years of absence. It is about an antique store which offers different surprises for clients. It is written and directed by Jose Javier Reyes.

The Lapid clan, Lito and his two sons Mark and Maynard, star in “Tatlong Baraha” which is also a blend of fantasy and horror plus action.

For something light and romantic, “Kasal, Kasali, Kasalo” with Judy Ann Santos and Ryan Agoncillo is the movie to watch.

And finally, there is CM Films’ “Ligalig,” a suspense thriller produced, written, directed and starring Cesar Montano. He is supported by Celia Rodriguez, John Regala, Gwen Garci, Katya Santos, Bayani Agbayani, Alvin Anson, Johnny Delgado and Sunshine Cruz.

As you can see, the annual MMFF is an entertainment galore aimed for the entire family especially for the kids. link
