Pinoy Idol latest news

WHEN it comes to artistic talents, a lot of foreigners believe that the Philippines is a place where one can reap a good harvest. They say that there is never a shortage of talented Filipinos especially in the field of music.

Such impression is shared by Australian Sandra Fulloon, representative of Fremantle, franchise holder of American Idol, and head of Indonesian Idol, especially after personally witnessing the Pinoy Idol hopefuls perform onstage.

Fulloon is in the Philippines to help and share her expertise in making the first Pinoy Idol competition a tremendous success.

Fulloon says the Pinoy Idol finalists deliver exceptional performances week after week and that the amazing part, she stresses, is that they get better in each performance.

“All of the finalists are really good,” Fulloon exclaims, “and they all perform quite like professional artists. They are a bunch of good singing talents.”

Fulloon cites that what she particularly likes with the Pinoy Idol finalists is that they perform on stage with much fervor and enthusiasm.

“It is amazing where that energy comes from every time they get to perform; and they all sound wonderful,” she shares.

She was honest to admit that our Pinoy Idol hopefuls are far better compared to other contestants in other parts of the globe thus, making her mighty proud to have witnessed potential singing talents developed and polished, vocally and all, before her very eyes.

Fulloon says she is happy to be part of Pinoy Idol because just seeing all these singing potentials perform and get better by the day already gives her a feeling that everybody behind the show is doing their job right.

Confident that the honor of being the first Pinoy Idol would go to the rightful finalist, Fulloon also expresses delight at how millions of Filipinos are supporting and keeping in tune with the show.

The overwhelming support from the viewing public, not only to the finalists but to the show itself, is more than enough to gauge its success.

And just like everyone else, Fulloon is also looking forward to the performance night every Saturday and the elimination night on Sundays and shares the same excitement the millions of Filipinos are experiencing every week as we await the finals night.
