Aljur Abrenica Diet Plan for Machete

Aljur Abrenica spent at least 4 times a week for outdoor workout in preparation for his teleserye “Machete,” not to mention his regular gym sessions. He also disciplined himself with the food that he eats.

“Kumakain ako ng at least 6 to 8 meals a day, maramihan talaga. Kasama po d’yan ‘ung fruits, veggies, lean meat, lagi po ako may nilagang baka, steamed fish at chicken breast….kamote, hindi na rin po ako nagkakanin ngayon,” he said.
