Lovi Poe hospitalized due to depression

ALTHOUGH Lovi Poe’s BF, Ronald Singson, has admitted in Hong Kong that they’re on, she still refuses to talk about him. Will she be going to Hong Kong on February 17 when the court gives its verdict to Ronald? “Please, I don’t want to talk about that anymore,” she says, her eyes looking so sad at the final presscon for “My Valentine Girls” last Friday night. “It’s too personal and too sensitive. I hope you understand. Kapag napag-uusapan kasi ‘yan, naiiyak lang ako. It’s very hard.”

So it’ll be a sad Valentines Day for her, which is also her 21st birthday. “I won’t celebrate my birthday this year. I’m just thankful marami akong trabaho to take my mind off things. I don’t want to dwell on problems anymore. I may be 21 but I feel like I’m already 50. I just want peace of mind. I really want to thank my co-stars sa ‘Valentine Girls’ kasi pinasasaya nila ako. After this naman, I start taping ‘Captain Barbell’ where I play a superhero na anak pala ng main villain, Christopher de Leon.”

The day after the presscon, Lovi was rushed to St. Luke’s hospital due to high fever caused by coughing and severe depression.
